Digital Products and Services Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund policy for digital products and services lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your digital product or service must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must not have been downloaded or accessed.
  • The service must not have been commenced or utilized.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products once downloaded
  • Online courses or subscriptions once accessed
  • Custom digital products or services

Refund Process

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at info@ruminatetechsolutions.com to initiate a refund request.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for the following:

  • Services that have been partially rendered
  • Digital products that have been partially accessed, depending on the nature of the product

Refund Approval

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace digital products or services if they are defective or not as described. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@ruminatetechsolutions.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
